Steps of Daily Care
Morning
1. Cleansing the face with water / water cleanser
Water not only makes your skin feel refreshed, but it also removes impurities from your face that may have settled down on the skin during the night. It also keeps your skin hydrated. During the night, oil residue and dead skin cells accumulate on your skin. Cleansing water / water removes this build up, which is why proper cleansing is a crucial first step in the Korean skincare routine. With clean skin, you have a blank canvas for the following beneficial steps.
2. Toner
Toner is a liquid solution made with properties that balance the pH of your skin. Water is not enough to fully hydrate your skin. Thus, using a toner that will ensure the pH levels of the skin is always balanced. A good pH balance prevents from dehydration. Also, toner is a good base that helps improve the absorption of other skin products on the next steps. After toning your skin will feel soothed and prepared for the next steps with their hydrated and nutrient boosting properties.
3. Essence
Essence is a hybrid between a toner and a serum. It works perfectly to hydrate the complexion, aiding cellular turnover for a youthful appearance. These products are also made to suit individual skin types: dry, oily, combination, etc.
4. Ampoule

Massage the moisturizer gently all over your face and neck. If a heavy moisturizer makes your skin too oily, try an emulsion during the day, which has a lighter texture.
8. Sunscreen
Once you have completed all these steps, apply sunscreen. Use a product with at least SPF 30. Applying sunscreen should not be reserved for the summer holidays. Protecting the skin on a daily basis from UV rays will avoid the development of dark spots, wrinkles and fine lines.
